You’ll receive structured coaching education, gain real experience working with players, and be mentored by our experienced coaching team. Every session you assist with is an opportunity to develop your skills and build confidence in a real coaching environment.

1. Learn While Coaching – You’ll take part in structured, hands-on coaching training while assisting in real training sessions.
2. Step-by-Step Coaching Modules – We will guide you through key coaching principles and techniques to ensure you develop the skills needed to succeed.
3. Mentorship & Support – Our experienced coaches will teach you how to plan sessions, analyse players, and improve your coaching abilities.
4. Certification Sponsorship – In return for your commitment to learning and coaching with us, we will fully cover the cost of your Level 1 or Level 2 coaching certification once we believe you are ready.
5. Potential Job Opportunity – After gaining your qualification, you could be offered a paid coaching role with us if that’s something you’re interested in. If not, no worries – we’re happy to support your journey wherever it takes you!
